Halas Hawks U7s West registered their first win of the season which came with an 8-1 win against Kewford Eagles. Matthew Jones got five with the others coming from Lewis Taylor (2) and Alex Gardner. Man of the match went to Anthony Cowdell.


The U7s East met Longbridge Colts and registered a 9-1 win with goals from Ben Clark (4), Cain Smith (3) and man of the Jordan Staten (2).


The U8s West drew 2-2 with Gornal South thanks to an own goal and one from Dominic Hipkiss. Man of the match went to Harry Allen.


The U9s North travelled to Trysull who were unbeaten in the league but a tremendous performance from Hawks saw them come away with a 2-1 win with the goals coming from Harry Wooton and Sam Oakley. Player of the match went to Lucy Adderley.


The U9s East had to field a weakened side against Kingswinford but an inspired performance from Daniel Brookes earned them a well-deserved 0-0 draw.

 

The U11s travelled to Oldswinford coming away with a 4-0 win with a brace of goals each from Kieran McIllduff and Ryan Skipton. Man of the match went to Chris Swancott.
