The U7s West
scored two goals at Withymoor Colts East both coming from David
Sidaway. Man of the match went to Josh Jackson.
The U8s North
scored 14 goals through Alex Tierney (7) Ben Pedley (3) Owen
Hodgetts (2) Joshua Hinds 1 and an unfortunate own goal. The man
of the match award went to the entire team.
The U8s East
scored two goals at Stourbridge Glassboys through Harry
Holden and Connor Chater. Man of the match went to Thomas Cole.
Girls League
Halas Hawks 17
Kewford 0
Halas Hawks U10 girls beat Kewford Eagles 17-0 after playing the
best football of the season so far with a superb passing and
movement performance. Goalscorers were Hannah Fellows (9) Kirsty
Hampton (3) Maddison Eden (3) and Kelly Nicklin (2).

Santiago Colts 1
The U13s returned to league action against league
leaders, Santiago Colts. From the kick off however, Halas took the
game to their opponents with Amy Plimmer scoring a great fantastic
solo goal before Imogen Papworth hit an unstoppable shot for her
first goal for the club. Santiago pulled one back before half-time
but any nerves were soon dispelled in the second half as Abigail
Gennard found the net twice to wrap up the points.

Ferndale 1
The U14 girls were spurred into action after going down to an
early goal against Ferndale and four goals from Sophie Pritchard
and one each for Ellie Lambrou and Amy Blakemore gave them a 6-1
win
Boys League
Brandhall 2
Halas Hawks East 3
The U9s East went 1-0 up early in the first half only to concede
an own goal to make the game level. With the teams evenly matched,
Halas kept on the pressure to score a further two goals to lead
3-1 at half time. The second half saw Halas come under some
pressure but an excellent man of the match performance from
goalkeeper Isaac Gould saw Halas hold on to win 3-2. Goalscorers
were Jack Plant (2) and Harry Beasley.
Sedgley White
Lions West 4 Halas Hawks West 1
The U9s West put in a very lethargic performance and went
down 4-1 to Sedgley White Lions West. Their consolation goal came
when a Harvey Brookes shot was parried by the goalkeeper which man
of the match, Altrin Alshiqi, followed up to score the rebound.
Halas
Hawks East 2 Halesowen Town Colts 1
The U10s East booked their place in the League Cup Semi
Final after a hard fought victory after extra time against a good
Halesowen Town Colts. Halas took the lead with Oliver Miller
volleying in from a Charlie Greening corner. Halesowen then
equalised in the second half for the game to finish 1- 1. Halas
re-took the lead and won the game in extra time from a Louie Jones
toe poke into the bottom right hand corner. The man of the match
award went to Declan Weaver & Tom Baker.
Halas Hawks
West 0 Gornal Colts South 6
Gornal took control of this game against the U11s West
from the outset putting Halas under pressure with some good
attacking football. Halas defended well for the first ten minutes,
but then conceded two quick goals which lifted Gornal who
completed a 6-0 win. Man of the match went to Jack Clews
Hasbury Rangers 4 Halas Hawks 0
The U12s went down 4-0 to Hasbury Rangers with man of the match
going to Aseil Yafai.
Trysull Tigers
West 5 Halas Hawks 1
The U13s suffered a disappointing defeat at Trysull in a game in
which for large parts they were the better team. Halas were soon
two down but pulled one back through Shane Billingham before the
break and went into half time playing some good football, but the
second half saw Trysull add three more without reply to win 5-1.
Man of the match was awarded to Jack Willetts.

Gornal Colts South 2
The U14s hosted high flying Gornal who took an early lead and then
scored a second after a goal mouth scramble ended with the ball
creeping over the line. The second half saw Halas have the lions
share of the game but they were unable to find the net. Man of the
match went to Dillon Mullan.
Wombourne 0
Halas Hawks East 4
The U15s began the year in great form with a 4-0 victory at
Wombourne. The victory was all the more impressive as Halas only
had 11 fit players due to injuries. Jake Walley scored two
stunning goals and the others were provided by Kane Campbell and
Dan Willetts. The victory moved Halas into second place. Hawks are

The U16s had a comfortable 7-1 win against Duncan Edwards with
goals coming from Danny Hodges (3), Steve Barratt (2), Josh Cater
and Matt Grazier. Man of the match went to Alex Giles.
Kewford Eagles
0 Halas 6
The U17s travelled to Kewford Eagles and took the lead midway
through the first half through Adam Hodges, then added a
comfortable second by Kieran Hillsdon. In the second half, they
moved up a gear to win comfortably 6-0 with further goals coming
from Mitch Wells (2), Matt Ross and Alex Chappell.

FC Premier 0
The U18s played FC Premier in the Birmingham County Cup scoring
three goals in each half making it a 6-0 final score to progress
to the 4th round. Goals came from Bradley Hickman (2), Anthony
Keeling, Adam Reece, Jordan Sturman and Reece Shilvock.
Ladies
Netherton Utd 5
Halas Ladies 6
Halas ladies made hard work of this match at Netherton, being 4-1
down at one stage, but a much improved second half saw Sam
Whittaker take control of midfield enabling Tash Berry and Gemma
Colledge to get hat tricks to give Halas a narrow 6-5 win.
