The second half saw Lucy Heaselgrave equalize and both teams then had chances to win the match but by the end of normal time, the teams were still level. Halas continued to edge the play in extra time and from yet another dangerous cross from Sophie Heaselgrave, Bethan Bryan got what proved to be the winning goal.

Netherton Colts 0 Halas Hawks 2
The U15s had a very tough game against Netherton and there was no score in a very even first half, but in the second half, Halas were the more composed and the chances began to come. This midweek game for the U15 girls was a very see-saw affair with three goals in the first ten minutes. First to score was Chloe Biddlestone with a great chip over an advancing keeper. Netherton then went on to score two, one a free header, the second trickled over the line with Rebecca Ingram unable to keep it out. Halas then levelled before halftime through Lauren Taylor with a thumping strike. The second half saw it just as frantic and the home team took the lead again with a second from player of the match Chloe Biddlestone. Netherton then levelled, and although the home team put tremendous pressure on in the closing stages, they were unable to find a winner.
