Halas Hawks Ladies 9 Cottage Park Rangers 4
A new chapter in the history of Halas Hawks was written when the
club's first Ladies open age team took to the field in the
Birmingham County Women's League. The first half was an end to end
affair, with Halas taking time to adjust to the more physical
nature of open age football. Halas took an early lead, before
Cottage
Park equalised with a free kick. Both teams continued to attack
and the first half finished with Halas 5 - 4 up, with Hannah
Bennett, Lydia Bradley, Catherine Barrett and Olivia Emerson (2)
on the scoresheet. Halas asserted themselves in the second half,
Katie Monk leading the way with a hat trick before Jenny Watkins
made it 9-4 to Halas.

Halas
Hawks 3 Kidderminster Lions 6
In a game that saw equal chances at both ends, it was
Kidderminster who were the ones with the most clinical finishing
and although Megan Ingram , Olivia Woollams & a cracker from
player of the match Rhianne Murray all scored for the U14s, it was
not enough on the day and Halas went down 6-3.
Gornal 5 Halas Hawks 2

they took on Gornal in their first match of the season. Rebekah
