Wombourne Colts 1 Halas Hawks 5.
Halas Hawks U15s made it seven victories in a row with a 5-1 win
away at Wombourne Colts. The Hawks were only 1-0 up at half time
thanks to a stunning display by the Wombourne goalkeeper, and left
it until after the half time break to show their superior
footballing skills.
Further goals came as a result of relentless pressure from Charlie
Price (2) and one each for Drew Jones, Naiem Yafai and Josh
Spencer. Special mention to our second half stand-in goalkeeper,
Michael Croghan for a brave display, and a stunning one on one, save
earning him the man of the match award.
