Would you like to get involved with Halas?

We are always looking for volunteers to help with our growth and development.

It doesn't matter, we'd love to hear from you.

Both Halas U7s teams played each other in their first ever competitive match. In a tightly contested game with chances falling to both teams, the East team won 5-1, with goals from Jake Gilson (2), Michael Ly, Nick Clayton-Phillips and Dan Kelly. The reply from the West team was from Cameron Keenan. Man of the match for the West went to goalkeeper, Joseph Wythes. A special mention also goes to Mark Slater, who made his debut, having joined Halas only last week.

Another newly formed team, the U8s Dynamos, travelled to Lea Vale to take on Forest Falcons, whom they beat 8-1. Man of the match went to James Williams, who scored a tremendous double hat trick. The other goals came from Constance Scofield and Connor Barratt.

The U8s West went to Kewford South and came away with a 13-1 win after goals from Jamie Theodosi (5), Cameron Milne (4), Matthew Jones (3) and Ellis Meredith.

The U9s took on Longbridge and in a closely fought game, they went down 2-1. Their goal came from Dominic Hipkiss with man of the match going to George Wakeman for some excellent tackles.

The U10s East met Withymoor West and despite a man of the match performance from Louis Ezewele, they lost 2-0.
