With all the girls league being called off it was up to the boys to provide the action for Halas Hawks.

For the fourth game running the under 7s West had to settle for a draw, this time 1-1 against Kewford North. Cameron Keenan had put Hawks in the lead with James Churchill winning the man of the match award.

The under 8s Dynamos travelled to Gornal Colts South where a brace from man of the match, James White, set them up for a 4-1 win. The other goals came from James Williams and Constance Scofield.

The under 8s West lost 4-2 to Bilbrook, who had their goalkeeper to thank for making a string of excellent saves. Jamie Theodosi and man of the match, Cameron Milne were on target for Halas.

The under 9s made the short trip to Rowley Rhinos and came back with a well-deserved 2-0 win, inspired by man of the match, Jack Guest. The goals came from Dominic Hipkiss, whilst goalkeeper, Charlie Bagley, kept Halas in the driving seat with his second penalty save in successive games.

The under 9s North met Halas under 9s Dynamos in a mid-table clash, which saw the Dynamos take a deserved two goal first half lead through Ryan Firth. The second half saw the North step up a gear creating several good chances, but they found stand in keeper, Dan Willetts, on top form to ensure a final score of 2-0 to Dynamos. Joe Vaughan earned man of the match for the North whilst
the entire Dynamos team earned the award for their all round performance.

The under 12s met Penn Colts losing 3-0, with Ryan Skipton getting man of the match.

The under 13s took on Brierley Hill Bullets and came away with a 6-3 win with goals from Conor Devaney (2), Michael Croghan, Alex Hudson, Luke Sadler and Jacob Newey. Man of the match went to goalkeeper, Harvey Fox.

The under 15s went down 6-2 to Bewdley with Greg Evans and Steve Price hitting the target and Matthew Jackson getting man of the match.

Halas Hawks are proud to welcome children from all ethnic backgrounds.
