Halas Hawks Under 8's North

Sava-Centre at Oldbury have awarded the team a football kit as part of Sainsbury’s helping active kids in the community.

The new kit, (which Hayley and I thought could be used as a training kit or an away kit when playing other Halas Hawks teams,) should be delivered in the next couple of weeks.  When it arrives Sava-Centre would like the team to arrange a date to have their photos taken for a local newspaper, they have also agreed for the boys to do a “bag-pack” there one day before Xmas to raise funds for the team.

To raise extra money for the team we are going to do a Xmas hamper & have printed raffle tickets for everyone to try and sell.  Sava-Centre have agreed to make a donation to the hamper. Could you please let me know whether you would rather make a cash donation towards a couple of items for the hamper or if you would prefer to donate items?  We have a bottle of whisky for the second prize, & a bottle of wine for third prize.
